Terms of Use

1. Agreement. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by Ribera AI, Inc. (“Ribera,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services. Ribera provides AI infrastructure and related products, including BrokerBot and HotSheet, for organizations operating in regulated industries. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts and acceptable use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with applicable laws and industry regulations. You may not misuse the services, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or use the services to develop competing products.

4. Customer data. You retain all rights to your data. Ribera processes customer data solely to provide the services, does not use it to train models, and applies zero data retention where configured.

5. Confidentiality and security. The services are designed for encrypted, access-controlled operation. Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care.

6. Disclaimers. The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly agreed in a written order or subscription agreement.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ribera’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance.
